#1: VEEM
Live Hardware Trio
VEEM is a live trio formed by Brumarena, JRNDM and Julián Maidana. Working with a hardware setup of machines by Elektron, Novation, Moog and others, they shape their music in the moment. Three people listen closely to each other, and a look or a small gesture is often all it takes to understand where the music wants to go.
They made their debut on April 2nd, 2026 at Artlab, Buenos Aires' leading institution for avant-garde electronic arts.
In June 2026 they played at ESPEJISMOS LIVE.I and presented a 1h long set, and in October 2026 they presented an extended 1h30min set at ESPEJISMOS LIVE.II.
#2 Narratives: An Ambient Live Set w/ Elektron Digitone 2
Live set built around original compositions, created entirely with the Elektron Digitone 2 synthesizer.
Duration is approximately 1h15min, with the possibility of extension, reduction, and live modifications, adapting to the venue and event context.
Recorded in a single take by the sea in Uruguay.
Setup:
- Elektron Digitone 2
- Ableton Live 12 for effects processing (with the option of a fully DAWless setup, provided mixers with 2x AUX Sends/Returns are available).
- Arturia Minilab 3.
In June 2026, Narratives was performed where it all began six years ago: Tricone Studios, in Berlin's Funkhaus. An intimate evening hosted by Atoc and IGNWR, with guest artist Nicolás Teubal and fewer than twenty listeners. Guided by introspection and reflection, it was devoted to listening and stillness.
